The board consists of between 3 and 5 volunteer owners.

Board meeting are typically held on the Second Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 PM.
The location varies, but typically one of the board members' hosts the board in their own home.
We reserve the first portion of all board meetings to meet with the Owners and address specific concerns.
Due to privacy reasons, only board members may attend the remainder of the meeting.

We reserve the first part of each board meeting to hear from Owners & Tenants.
If you are an Owner, you can attend the AGM, or call a special meeting of the corporation, where, subject to the limitations of the Condominium Property Act, owners can vote of motions to give the board additional guidance.

As we have only 10 units, we encourage every owner to be willing to volunteer to be on the board.
The board is elected annually at the AGM by the owners.
We occasionally have vacancies on the board that are filled by appointment. Please let the Chairperson know if you would like to be considered.
