Propane BBQ's are permitted on the Balconies, and several Units have Natural Gas available on the balcony (installed at the owners expense). If an owner wishes to install propane to their balcony, or make any other renovation, they must contact the board for approval.
Storage of a propane cylinder within a unit is prohibited.
